Messages on Invoices
We are new to Netsuite and going through some transition pains at the moment.
I am running the first invoices through the system today and need to know how I can source in a message/memo/note from either a case (for support work) or through a sales order (via a quote, etc.).
I know our support reps can enter a memo on their time line item that will appear. But if they've entered a complete description in the "reply" field already, that seems like added work.
