Chart of accounts

I am new to Netsuite. I have been putting my chart of accounts in manually as it just seemed a lot faster. It was until it quit taking new accounts. I am currently at 219 and it will allow me to enter them as new but they do not come up on the drop down lists/any lists. I attempted to put it in again and I received a note that it is already an account. Why can't I see them? I have clicked show all but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
