Sales Taxes On Memorized Transactions

We have over 3,000 memorized transactions. Maryland has just changed it's State sales tax rate from 5% to 6%. How can we do a global update for all of these transactions for the new rate? I HOPE we do not have to do each one-by-one. If so, this is not how product was sold and is a serious flaw.
