Commissions that won't authorize

I have approximately 10 old commissions for employees that are no longer working for us or no longer eligible for commissions that will not authorize.  They are all less than $1.50.  I would like to write them off, but since they will not authorize, they keep appearing on the "Authorize Employee Commissions" screen.  There also isn't any detail when I drill down on each one.  Any idea how to make these go away?
