Customer ID not sourced on seemingly random webstore orders
We allow our customers to place orders through our Netsuite hosted website. 80% of these orders come in completely filled out with no problems. But the other 20% are missing very vital information.
For instance:
Web order 1942 came in with the following information:
-Customer ID
-Customer Name
-Customer Phone Number
-Customer E-mail
-Billing Address
-Shipping Address
-Items Ordered
Web order 1943 came in with the following information:
-Customer Name
-Billing Address
-Shipping Address
-Items Ordered
This is causing a problem because I have Suitescripts attached to both the Sales Order form and the Invoice form that feed off of the missing information. Is anyone else having this problem?
