Is there a way to elimainte a cash sale from ever happening

I never want to be able to do a cash sale.  Is there a way to eliminate this from  even being an option?  I am sick of typing of a sales order, processing it, and then it's billed as a cash sale since they have a credit card on file and I forgot to give them terms.
