Excise taxes

Does anyone have to pay excise taxes.  These are taxes over and above the sales and use taxes, usually based on some basis.  Our company has to pay a fee on the number of gallons of product we sell in certain states and there appears to be no way to have Netsuite calculate these.  Can anyone help me?????
