CyberSource GAA Services.

in Accounting / ERP

The Cybersource implementation we received with NetSuite does not include the GAA "Global Access Reporting" that is an available option under the Merchant  Menu in Cybersource.  Without it, reconciling is very difficult.  I requested access from Cybersource.  Cybersource says it costs about $5.00 a month.  No big deal.  However Netsuite does not seem to know anything about it.  Does anyone else have access to this program?  If so, how did you get signed up?
