Customer entering orders in Customer Center -- Need notification

We had a first.   A customer had entered an order herself in the customer center.  If I had not been browsing new orders i am not sure when it would have ever been noticed.  Is there someway to set up an alert via email or something of any orders self-entered on the customer center?
