Payment doesnt show on A/R register

in Accounting / ERP

My accounts had a payment entered yesterday. When she goes to chart of account A/R register, she couldn't find that payment. We double checked the payment for her, nothing is wrong. I have to delete that payment and enter it again. It now shows on the A/R register.
Anyone knows the reason?
