2008.1 - Some fields moved on transactions / unable to move between tabs

Surprising that:
- some fields got moved on transactions.  For example "To be printed" got moved to position #1 on the main screen of an invoice.  It used to be on the messages tab (where we like it).
- cannot move fields between tabs on my invoice transaction.  If it were a custom field, maybe I could look at the configuration of the custom field, but as a rearranged standard field, it appears I can't do anything about moving this to the tab I prefer.
