Cannot delete department

Hi

I set up a department for doing some testing. I have since deleted all the test transactions. WHen I run a search over the department I get no search results, so I'm confident I have deleted everyhting. However when I try to delete the dummy department I unable to as the record apparently contains child records.

Any ideas how I identify what is stopping me deleting this department. I have made it inactive, but when I view financial report such as balance sheet be department it is showing in there.
