A/R Age out of balance with Trial Balance

I'm having a problem with the A/R Age matching the Accounts Receivable balance in the Trial Balance.  The discrepancy is 85,816.50.  All the necessary adjustments have been made.  I would like to make a straight journal entry to credit accounts receivable to match the A/R Age balance which is 85k+ lower.  AR entries should not appear on the A/R Age unless the cash receipt (or refund) is affiliated with a particular customer.  The entry I have made is posted under the segment of no job/no customer on the A/R Age.  Any wise ideas on how to circumvent this so I
