Can not bill purchase order

Hello, I can not bill a purchase order of some items we bought from our vendor.

Step by step:

-On my Home Reminders, there is the link that says 1 Purchase Order to bill, i click it.
-Opens he purchase order (Pending Bill) and I click on BILL.
-The bill opens up and I hit SAVE, and then,
-"Notice

Duplicate inventory number found in entry: 20070519".

Can anyone please help me out with this? This PO has been open for ever and I can not close it.
