Netsuite - Announcement on Home Page.

I think I have seen this mentioned several times before.  But you know how when you get a new release - a big announcement come up on your home page.  Can Netsuite consider giving access to that for companies to make corporate announcements internally ?.  It would be very useful.  I know you can do this via a rms feed - but I dont fancy messing around with freezing peoples dashboards etc and have to mess with it on a role or user by user basis.
