Sales order with multiple ship to?

Has anyone found a way to enter multiple ship to addresses on a sales order?  Basically we have a large SO from a Parent company.  Then we need to break the SO into 10+ ship to's/fulfillments. 

The only way I can see to do it right now is enter the 1st ship to.  Then fulfill the first quantity of items.  Then bill it for those items shipped to that location.  Then go into the SO and change the ship to address, and then repeat the process until the SO is used up. 

Anyone have a better suggestion?
