Automate Setting A "Custom Form" Based on Terms Selected?
Hi all:
We are sort of stuck with the Netsuite "Customer Deposits" lack of functionality - that is, the fact that Customer Deposits do not reflect in a customer's A/R balance causes us a bunch of problems.
One problem is that we cannot use the same "Invoice" form to send a notification of shipment to a customer that has pre-paid (via a Customer Deposit) as we do when we have a customer on credit terms.
Why? Because if we want a customer who paid via deposit to see a $0 balance and $0 Aging; and we want a customer who is on Terms to see their real balance and Aging.
