How to handle advances given to sales reps for future commissions

Hello,

Since we only pay commissions to our sales reps when we actually get the money in from our customers, we often give advances to sales reps to keep them going until the customers pay their invoices.

How would I go about handling this in NS?  I'm not coming up with anything in HELP.
