Advance to apply does not match EE Advance acct total

Hello All...

We have used the EE advance/Expense report system for quite a while with no issues....so I am pretty familiar w/ how the process goes..

But for one employee when she enters an expense report, her Advance to Apply does not match what the EE Advance account says it should be...(Advance to apply is LESS).

All the transactions for her have been DR (via check) and CR (via Expense report).....so i am not sure where else I should look...

Submitted case to support...thought I would try here too....
