Sales Tab --> Transactions Subtab (Permissions ???)

I am about fried with trying to figure some things out...

Our sales rep and sales manager roles need to have quick visibility to the transactions associated with their specific accounts. If they don't know the quote/invoice #, they could go to their customer record and just pull everything up on the Sales Tab / Transactions Subtab....IF THEY ONLY HAD IT!

Can anyone tell me what the permissions are to get this Subab visible to those roles? I've got: Invoices (View only), Find Transactions (Full), Quote (Full), Sales Order (Full), A/R report (View), Accounting Lists.... 

Please help me!!!
