Monthly statement for customer who pay via credit card

I need to create a monthly individual customer statement to send out to customers who pay using their credit card.  I was hoping I could find a printout who would list customers considered "cash sale" who's card is charged when the order is placed.  I have had several customer calling to get a copy of what was charged to their card each month to cross check with their credit card statement.

I did find a report under sales, but it didn't include shipping or tax.  I need something that lists the total amount of the charge.
