Customer Support Bummer - Reconciling answer
My controller called about losing a saved Bank reconciliation, and was told the only way to save one is to use the "Hold" feature.
She has been doing the same process for over a year, and the CS person is telling her she can't do it that way...which she can't accept due to her doing this every single month for a year.
Completely frustrated and in disbelief she decided to call back.
Next CS individual was able to show her how to recover her reconciliation in progress as she was used to doing.
While the functionality may have shifted with the new release, the point here is the inconsistency of response between the NS CS.
