Remove a name from E-mail alerts

Hi All

I am unable to remove my name from E-mail alerts.
whenever the PO approves, i am getting an email alert from netsuite along with vendor. i just want to remove my name from the alerts list.

i went through PO saved search email alerts, but nothing listed there, even i did not see vendor's name too.
Please guide me where i have to go to remove a name from alerts.
