Pro-Rating Amounts

I am trying to set up a formula that will automatically calculate the amount due for the remaining days left in the month for the first month's billing.

i.e Customer buys service and they commence on the 13th of the month,  I want to be able to run a calculation that will calculate the amount due until the end of the month.

Then after that,  the billing will be at the normal price charged for the service.
