Sales Return restriction for user belonging to another location

Hi,

Can anyone suggest as to how can we restrict a user belonging to another location from processing a Return Authorisation for my location (we both belong to the same role)? Currently any user within the same role can pull up any Invoice belonging to another location and process a Return Authorisation.
