Serial Number Picker Broken
Hi,
We have lodged a fault but heard nothing for a couple of days now.
When entering a Serialized item on a Sales Order, you can usually click the Serial Number drop down field and it shows a list of available serial numbers.
This now does nothing.
We have worked around it by entering a bogus number and waiting for a No Match message. Then the picker works.
We've changed to the Standard Form which exhibits the same problem.
Item Fulfillments and other forms work fine, just Sales Orders.
Our case number is # 10244 (Netsuite Australia).
Any ideas/help?
