UPS COD not calculating again !!! Case 762682

Anyone else noticing this on their account ?  If you use UPS COD it is not putting the shipping charges on the UPS label, the total in NS is correct the label does not match.  This was a error months ago, was fixed and popped up today again !  How can that be ?

Also, if you have an order discount (discount percent off the total order) and it's a UPS COD, it doesn't take the discount into account off the UPS tag and overbills the customer !!!

I've called and reported but am really concerned that this is happening.  This is a crucial part of our business and this is not a function I want my warehouse people to be policing !!!!!!
