Commission by Discount Code?

Does Netsuite have the ability to create Commission Schedules based on a Promo code?  We code our preseason orders with a promo code, that is associated with a discount, based on the level of the order.  I'd like to pay a higher commission on all of these preseason orders.  Any suggestions?
