Prorated billing
Fellow NS users,
My company sells subscriptions for 12 months, 18 months, or 36 months.
We use billing schedules.
Problem is this:
When a customer signs up for 1 year let's say on the 20 of august:
invoice 1: prorated, as in 11 days left in august, so 11/31 * monthly cost.
invoices 2-12: Each for the monthly cost, billed on the 1st of every month.
invoice 13: Then one last invoice for 20/31 * monthly cost.
Can i set this up in NetSuite? if so, how? if not, what is a good alternative?
any help is greatly appreciated
Esmeralda
