Credit Card Not Authorizing in NetSuite
we have noticed a problem processing credit cards. NetSuite has said cards have failed to authorize or charge, but when we check with our CC processor we find out the charge did in fact go through. After talking to NetSuite and the CC processor we were told NetSuite closes the API call too soon and the information does not make it back into Netsuite. Has anyone else experienced this?
