Immortal Credit Memos - 100% applied but not closed

edited Oct 31, 2008 9:25AM in Accounting / ERP 5 comments

Folks,

I just thought I might save everyone some time on the phone - as of today any credit memos we create and then apply to an invoice (100% apply) still show up as open credit memos, with a REFUND button. If you click refund it shows there's $0 remaining to refund, but for some reason the credit memo's status is no longer shown as CLOSED/APPLIED (I forget which it used to be) but instead shows as OPEN.

I don't know how widespread this problem is, but the A/R support person immediately recognized our problem. Netsuite's defect for this is 155300, and it's categorized as an S2.

Howdy, Stranger!
