Matrix sub-item pricing doesn't update

in Accounting / ERP

We've always been able to EDIT a matrix item and change the base prices and click "update all" to chance all of the matrix sub-items at once.  This no longer is working for us - we have to change each sub-item individually.

Is anyone having this problem?  Is this a new tweak by Netsuite or a bug in our account?
