Pay Sales Tax - e-file

We paid our state sales tax electronically, but I can't find a way to document that in NetSuite.  I can issue a check for the sales tax to that state, but our Controller doesn't want a check with an actual check # to show in NetSuite that it paid for the sales tax.

Can we have a payment show up as EFT (or something similar) as the check number, and also have it show that we no longer owe the sales tax when I go to the Pay Sales Tax screen?
