Contacts printing depends on Role

in Accounting / ERP

Hi,

We implemented NSSB and went live in Oct. We used a 3rd party to implement NSSB.

Our implementer used a custom field for 'Contacts' to print on pdf sales forms. This custom transaction body field pulls the contact info from Contacts.

When I log in as the Administrator, this field prints as it should (Contact). When I log in in a non-Admin role, this field now prints out as Company: Contact.

The non-admin role has full access to the sales transaction form.

Any ideas why this would print differently depending in the role?
