Offering discount based on total order?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask...

We want to offer our web customers $15 off on orders of $200 or more. However, the discount item rules does not seem to have anything that allows for that set-up. I've looked high and low for ways to do this for our "Holiday" sales about to be kicked-off/blasted to our existing customer base.

Ideas?
