Can data entered into one field pop another on a different form?

Hello Everyone,

We use NS pretty much out of th ebox with very little if any customization.  Is it possible to achieve the following?

We recieve our tracking information from our vendors and our office staff enters it into the Purchase Order record in NS.  Our sales staff does not have access to PO's so they cannot see the tracking information.  Is it possible to have the entry of the tracking into the PO also populate the Sales Order field?
