Serialized kits with member on a revenue recognition template

Hi,

Just set up serialized kits for the first time.  The member for airtime is on a revenue recognition template so that a portion of the kit price will be deferred and amortized.  If the template is on the member, no revenue is deferred.  If the template is on the kit, 100% of the revenue is deferred.  Support's suggested solution is to set up a unique template for every invoice we process!  Any suggestions welcome.
