Bar Coding

As a company we have come to the conclusion to start bar coding the parts.  I am fairly new to using Netsuite.  I have finally made from Transactions Forms PDF Layout the label format we will be using.  My questions are, Am I able to place our logo on the labels or do I need to get pre-printed labels with our logo on it?  Also, I wanted to know what is compatible with Netsuite, as in the scanner, label maker.  When we do inventory, am I going to be able to scan the parts and Netsuite will pick up the
