Bin numbers on credit memos

in Accounting / ERP

We are trying to include bin numbers on the item line for credit memos.  Even though bin number is checked to show on our custom form, the field does not show. This is problematic because we are unable to create a credit memo because we get an error that indicates that the bin number quantity is not correct.  Does anybody know how to resolve this?
