1099-Misc Forms - Not lining up

Anyone else having problems getting their 1099's to line up?  We're printing 2 per page.  The bottom one looks good, but the top one is all goofy.  We can use the vertical/horizontal offsets to fix the top 1099, but it just throws off the bottom one.

Is there another way to customize how the 1099 prints so I can line NS up with the forms?  Or does anyone else have a work around?
