Multiple Memorized Transactions

in Accounting / ERP

I had a user who on Enter Memorized Transactions for Invoices some how when they submitted the invoices to process created both the next (Feb) Invoices and Subsequent (March) Invoices in one posting.

The Invoices are saved as Remind only.  I have tried to re-create how this might have occurred, but with no luck.

Does anyone know how a single submit might generate 2 invoices for differing periods
