Need to reset accounts

we have been tracking sales orders within NetSuite but still produce an actual invoice out of a different system.  We are migrating off the other system and will begin invoicing directly out of NetSuite.  Not sure what would be the best method of resetting the accounts so that we start clean.  Any suggestions ??
