Payments getting auto-moved to Other Deposits-- doubling impact on bank accounts!!!
We have an issue:
Our deposits keep getting corrupted... Here is the situation:
We take in payments via CC and ACH and many other methods
Some of the staff members were putting CC payments directly into the bank accounts (not a big deal as they were getting the correct settlement account)
I come along and see this, so I move these (older but still in an open period) payments into "undepositted funds" (while logged in as admin)
Then, I go find the deposit record which correspond with the correct credit card batches and add the payments (which were moved to undepositted funds)
