To be the preferred search for a role

What is this message 

" To be the preferred search for a role this search must be published to that role (or all roles) with no restriction".

I was trying to save edit a custom Transaction Search.
Also, there is no option for me to SAVE AS.
It only had  SAVE & RUN , SAVE , SAVE & EMAIL and then came the
message above
