Why is the Special Order form being generated for Kit / Package With Drop Ship Items?

We're having an issue and I wasn't sure if anyone else is experiencing it too.

If you have a Sales Order with a Kit / Package item on it, and that Kit / Package item consists of items that are marked as Drop Ship Items, then when that Sales Order is approved a PO is automatically created for those items in the Kit / Package. The problem is that the PO that is created uses the Special Order form instead of the Drop Ship order form, so the order gets shipped to us instead of the customer.

Anyone else having this problem?
