Sales Tax Reporting & Shipping Charges

Has anyone noticed the totals on the Sales Tax Liability by Item report now includes shipping charges?

I wanted to be able to have a sales tax report in Netsuite where I could see shipping as a separate line item (which still doesn't seem to be possible, unless I'm missing something).  Lumping it into the sales totals is not only not helpful, its worse than when the reports didn't include shipping at all.

I attempted to simply filter the shipping out of the report but for some reason thats not working!
