Closing unreconciled periods
In the Help documentation it states:
"Transactions must be both cleared and reconciled to close out a period."
Is this something that NetSuite enforces?
We often receive the bank statements of our overseas bank accounts
in the middle of the next month (i.e. the bank statement of march is received around april 10th). As a result we cannot reconcile ALL bank transactions at the end of the month.
but we do want to close the period.
Will NetSuite allow us to close the period?
Or do we have to make journal entries on all the foreign bank transactions
and have them auto reverse?
