Price Not Available Printing Item Labels in Lots

I need to print a sheet of UPC codes that include the item name, bar code, MPN, and price. I have gotten everything but the price to show.

Checking the box at Print Checks and Forms only makes the price show when printing individual item labels. When I select my custom lot form, no price shows. Is this the way it's supposed to be? Any suggestions for customizing to get the price in?
