Disconnect Order
Does anyone out there deal with services that charge recurring fees (i.e. cable service or phone type of services). If so how do you handle "disconnect" orders (i.e. you have HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax and the customer wants to disconnect Cinemax so that the recurring fees for that service will stop)
This is a common order management feature in telecom, but it does not appear to be supported in Netsuite.
