Online Bill Pay

in Accounting / ERP

I am having issues with some of our memorized transactions duplicating in both the online bill pay as well as check payment.  Once the check has been processed, the online bill pay is still pending.  If I void the online bill payment then the actual check becomes void as well.

This is very frustrating since I have verified the the online bill pay is not checked on the vendor record. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
